Atlanta--April 2012

Daddy's All Hands Meeting in 2012 was in Atlanta, and we got to go with him!  It was an amazing trip.  We had so much fun and fell in love with Atlanta.  The kids and I had adventures during the day while Daddy was in meetings and at night we at the CNN food court and then had fun in downtown Atlanta and the hotel pool.  And of course we loved having Embassy Suites' breakfast each morning.  Here are Madeline and Ry in front of a Humvee at the CNN food court.
Fun with Daddy.

This watershow is SO cool.  It is coordinated with music and incredibly mesmerizing to watch.  The kids had fun watching it and running through the water.

The Coke Bear. . .so cute and furry.

Madeline and Ryan in front of the vault where Coke's secret recipe is kept.

Nothing like all you can drink, free coke product samples.  Some of them were disgusting we decided!!!

Stopping for a shot with the inventor of Coke.

The Georgia aquarium is amazing!  We had an incredible day there.

We also hit the Legoland Discovery Center.  I thought it was pretty lame, but the kids LOVED it.

My older two will ALWAYS be my babies!!!!

Nothing like eating the lego pieces!

Here's a little class where they learned to built boxes strong enough for them to stand on.  Pretty cool.

My girl's great creation.

Nothing like soft legos to play around in.

My girl constructing her car.

My little stud muffin.

We had so much fun watching a movie with 3D glasses.  What a treat.

Daddy and Lilly Grace, chilling at the park.  Unfortunately, she did not walk until the week after we returned!

Our pretty princess.

Nothing beats drumming on Daddy's head!

Lilly Grace and the Bobes

Someone loves crawling in the crate with her furry friend.

Sleeping Under Lilly Grace's BedOne

Madeline and Ryan are best buddies and spend the night in each other's rooms almost every night.  One night they decided to include Lilly Grace and slept the entire night under her bed.  Love my precious babies.

Bond Park Walk

Ry and Marissa.
Madeline with her Y Princess friend.

Marissa and Madeline.

We did a 1 mile walk without shoes at Bond Park.  It was a neat experience and reminded us of the blessings we live under in the United States.

Madeline Sends Ry on a Scavenger Egg Hunt

This egg hunt was planned entirely by Madeline.  The only thing we did was supply her with candy.  The notes are absolutely precious, and give you a window into her heart.  She is such a special little girl, and has such a tender, special relationship with her brother.

Easter 2012

Gone from our home are the days of the Easter Bunny. . .in fact, we have never celebrated the Easter Bunny.  Look where Mommy hid Madeline's basket this year!  I love watching them hunt for it and yelling out "hot", "cold", "freezing", "burning".

Nothing like a caramel creme egg to start your morning.

Dyeing and decorating eggs together.

Well. . .Easter was not the most fun memory of 2012 for the Wells'.  We were hit with the dreaded tummy bug. . .Madeline, then Mommy, and then Ry on Easter morning.  Though we now praise God for our health as we celebrated His Son's resurrection!

I just have to say that Ry is the best at being sick.  He rarely complains. . .just heads to the bucket, does his stuff and washes up.  My strong, little guy.

Oh my goodness, she's so precious.

Guess where Ry found his basket. . .the oven!  By Easter night, everyone's tummy's had settled.  Since we had missed out on Easter lunch at the Sullens, we did second best. . .we headed to Smithfields.  Nothing like BBQ for Easter. :)
