One of our favorite things to do when it's too cold to go outside, is to have a tea party! Madeline usually invites a girlfriend over, and we all sit around the table sipping our beverages, chatting, and enjoying our plates of goodies.
As you can tell from the picture, this is not your traditional tea party. Instead of tea, we serve frothed hot chocolate, and our plates are filled with things like thin mints, mac 'n cheese crackers, trail mix, fruit roll-ups, and anything else that's in the cupboard.
Not wanting to appear too feminine by partaking in tea parties, Ryan spills his drink down his shirt and stuffs the goodies into his mouth. My sweet, three year old boy loves tea parties.

The kids crack me up with the things they do!!! This is one of their new favorite spots. They love to watch TV from the corner of the sofa, play wii, and just hang out. My silly gooses.
