The Kids

RyRy is reading books!  He did a great job in Kindergarten, and has now moved into 1st grader.  His strength definitely seems to be math.  He picks up concepts easily and continually wants to move on.  We are so, so proud of him.

Our beautiful girl has new glasses.  The accentuate her beautiful eyes.

If there is a mess to be made, Lilly Grace is your girl!  Want things pulled out of your shelves?  Books ripped? Paper eaten?  Our girl is a pro at all these things.  We love her SO much.  Precious, precious, precious.  

Dunkin Donuts

What do Mommy, RyRy and Lilly Grace do while Daddy and Madeline head off to camp?  We start out at Dunkin Donuts.  I love surprising the kids with special treats and trips.  When Ry woke on Saturday morning, I told him to get dressed because we were going to Dunkin Donuts.  He was so excited and it was such a delight to bring him.  We did not care that it was raining and we got soaked as we walked from car to store. 

Nothing like the Manager's Special. . .can you tell that there is a TV with sports on in the background.  This boy is just like his daddy.

While the others were away, we also went to the NC State Vet Open House with the Sullens, watched a movie, and made a trip to Goodberry's.  And we must not forget the UNO.  Ry and I love playing together.  My sweet, sweet boy.

Madeline and Ryan never tire of this game.  They take turns pulling each other through the downstairs on a blanket.  This time Lilly Grace joined the festivities. 

Someone likes to read!  Or someone likes to crawl and climb into ANYTHING!!! I'm thinking it's the latter.

Good thing you are so cute, you little turkey!  What these pictures do not show are her endless attempts to make books into piles of pulled apart paper.
